Siliconera has an article pointing out that Square Enix has copyrighted the name "Gyrozetter" in Europe. The copyright covers the name Gyrozetter for use with video games, toys, and comics, which is exactly the kind of usage it's getting in Japan.

As a fan of transforming robots in general, this project greatly intrigues me. I hope North America gets a shot at Gyrozetter, too.
