With SEGA's monetary issues, now I'm wondering the same thing. Because this is one of the few Vita titles releasing that looks very 'meaty' in gameplay.
Curse words and grumbles. Why must stuff go through Japan first before we can get it? And its not like Japan warmed up to the Vita in its first couple of weeks anyway.
But hey, I had this kind of frustration when I first bought my 3Ds. Eh.

If you can translate the vids they put on the JP PSN storefront, it definitely is. But here's the cheese on the sandwich:
Every creature that is represented as a card, becomes a character that is put on the stage for your character to fight, or defend(?) your area in.
Oh my lord, so far it looks like Culdcept and 'DW: Empires' on horseroids. Why did SEGA have to be the company with this in their hands? Why does this game need a online server and has to be delayed another month because of it? So many questions, none of them localized for the U.S. so far.
