From the preview it looks like New York.
Anyway, I wonder if we'll get to see such destroyed landmarks as the Statue of Liberty and Times Square. Also, it would be nice if we could free roam for supplies in abandoned stores and such.

I don't know why landmarks would be destroyed if it was just a simple fungus attack, it's not because of war or meteors. If you're saying like the Sears Tower (Williams Tower now right?) was rusty then I guess so.
