Paul was the only one from the old times to come back in T3 without any "explanation" as to why he didn't age that much (although he did age a little).

What about Lei and Yoshimitsu? :P

Anyway, you're right about T5 being the reason why all of the old characters keep coming back. Tag 1 was one thing T4 was another, but when they started bringing back characters that had hardly any fanbase in T5, it became pretty ridiculous that people like Jun and Michelle weren't back in. And once they're in, you get people clamoring for Tiger and Bosconovitch. Then Azazel and Nancy. Then Gon. Then Tougou and Shin. Then Jack 1, 2, 3, 4, 5....... and you see where I'm going. Not that I'm complaining, per se.

Long story short, I'm a long way off topic.

About Yoshi, we don't really know how well he aged. As for Lei... you're right. Totally forgot about him. And yes, it doesn't look like he aged that much. BUT... take a look at this:

46 years old Jackie Chan (The Tuxedo):

47 years old Lei Wulong (Tekken 4):

Looks consistent, for some reason.

Now that you mention it, if his voice is any indication, I would guess he hasn't aged all that greatly....

Isn't Yoshimitsu a cyborg now, though? Aging isn't exactly something he has to worry too terribly about anymore, I think.

According to Harada, he's just a normal person with an exoeskeleton. Only his hand is cyborg. He also said something about Yoshimitsu being a japanese businessman, but I'm not sure if he was trolling or not.

Well, if he's a cyborg, a businessman, and wears wacky outfits, then he's got a lot in common with another Namco hero.

I think Paul was one of the few returning characters from Tekken 2 to come back in Tekken 3 and still look fairly young. After that however, starting with Tekken 4 but mostly with Tekken 5, the guy just got ugly. And more fat.

And as for Bruce being 54 years old right now.... That just made me mind equals blown. The guy looks like he's still in 20's, and I truly believed that until now. I had to look it up to make sure.

That guy was 60 when that picture was taken.

Bruce definitely aged since T2. He might not look 46, but he looks like he's at least late 30's.
