Go to practice mode or grab a friend to practice with. There's absolutely no trick to reacting to this.

Yeah, if you practice, you'll be able to see it coming. It's like -20 on block, too, so you'll be able to punish it hard.

After getting hit with it enough you can get the hang of it.

Agree with this. Why low parry a move that has such terrible recovery and lose the possibility of a bound when you can block instead and get a full punish.

I used it against a good player and he blocked it nearly every time after seeing it a couple times. It is very slow and is telegraphed very obviously. Just block and launch.
