Yeah, but she's not. I mean, I'd be okay if she was, but she isn't. Yes, her confirmation as female could have easily meant "She as a person is female, but the body, the shell in which her consciousness dwells isn't" and no, Harada didn't specifically say she isn't transgendered, but I think it's pretty safe to say he meant it as such.
