Tagging in with R1 can be really dangerous against any good opponent and often times it's just downright stupid to do. You really have to wait for the right time. Even if you're one hit away from death it's often much safer to just keep blocking and tag in once your opponent's attack string has ended. If you know any moves that your partner can follow into then use those. Or tag throws. Sometimes I feel it'd be better to just start playing solo instead of in teams -_-
