Reach 60% link and challenge a Warlord (regular Warriors shouldn't work; you need a "boss type character"). They evolve once the battle is over, if you win.
sorry for bad English, it isn't my first language >.<

eh just beat a regular warrior with the link at, or above where it should be. Warlords should work too, but Warriors are easier to find. Not sure where the other guy got his info, but I managed to evolve the Fighting nation's leader Warlord's Gurdurr to Conkeldurr like this.

I took the info from Serebii, but I specified "shouldn't" because the informations are vague and the difference between Warrior and Warlord is merely in Ranks (Warlords can Rank Up, Warriors can't). Good to know regulard Warriors work too, much easy, thanks ^^

Specifically, you have to beat a warrior(any kind)'s pokemon with the pokemon you want to evolve, and it has to be the first pokemon you defeat. I accidently missed out on evolving my Dusclops for a month because of an accidental critical by my Gardevoir.

And yeah, almost ALL the info on this game is extremely vague.

Doesn't have to be first. Evolved my Dusclops by killing the last pokemon on the field with it.

The only times it's ever worked for me were when the warrior was the first one defeated.

Okay, so I just tested it with a Kadabra by beating the warrior last, and it evolved. So now I don't know what the requirements specifically are, but I do know it's always worked whenever the warrior was defeated first.

Just defeat a warrior/warlords Pokemon with the one you want to evolve, assuming it's link % is high enough.

That's not good enough, as often times the Pokemon still won't evolve. There's a more specific requirement at play.
