AlmostUnsanePosted 6/27/2012 8:03:45 PM (edited) | It's a bit earlier than 70%. I evolved my first Eevee into Leafeon, which takes 94 Defense and took a few % more than 91 Attack did (I was tracking out of curiosity). I hit 94 Defense at max Energy at something like 63%, 91 Attack slightly before that.
EDIT: By the way, in case you didn't know, Energy DOES influence stat level ups. Check if your Eevee is at the highest/red/upward arrow before attempting to evolve. |

I usually just go in with 2, but I always get less than half a percentage point :( Try to fight trainers... err warriors instead of just pokemon. Leave a kingdom defenseless or with one guy so the enemy will attack it. You get 2-3 link by winning against a warlord.
