AquamanOSPosted 4/24/2012 11:26:38 AM | Kallen (and Alto, Quatre and Shotaro) is just the character Esther buddies up with most of the time, like how Setsuko Kamille and Shinn buddied up sharing their misery, Rand Holland and Gain buddied up because they were the older guys, and Crowe, Duo, Lockon and Aoyoma buddied up because there were relatively normal guys surrounded by a bunch of quirky weirdos.
Esther was initially in awe of her, because she was a cool and tough girl (and because Crowe exaggerated just how tough she was) but Kallen told her to stop fangirling over her and just be friends already. Though they do get into some weird situations like the triangle and the bunny suit thing. I'm still not sure exactly what was going on there. |

But I don't think I'd complain if they'd have done that. When someone says "X in love", I don't really tend to add "with their respective canonical interests" on the end. --- It's enough that I'm wearing steel underpants right now. You could read it and the more I think about it the more it seems the more natural reading in context

that they 'stick together' because they have these two commonalities - being tomboys and being in love - more specifically (at lest in Kallen's case) an unrequited love (or ... was it? I can't seem to recall now).
Is even Esther in love at this point? I'm really not sure, it's been nearly a year since I played Z1 and my ability to read Japanese is limited at best.
Perhaps Shaded_Phoenix will be along to explain what s/he meant at some point.

I'm curious what dynamic she and Alto have once Ester stops fangirling over him. I have an idea about Kallen and Shotaro (sort of a big sister/little brother type deal), not sure about her and Quatre.

That wasn't the Zero system. That was the Trial System from 00, which is the same thing that stopped them in-series. |

1.) Aoi (Dancougar Nova) has a tid bit crush on Shinobu (Dancougar).
2.) C.C. was called a Inouseizontai (Basically what Chiriko is) but a different type.
3.) Bobby (Frontier) doing the makup for Tieria. (OO)
4.) Zero System part of Aeoria Plan. The Colony Professors were part of the Celestial Being for a short period of time, removed the Zero System part of the plan as an Anti-Movement incase OO Riser fails.
5.) Michael (Frontier) having high respect over Pre- Lock-On. (OO)
6.) Piere (Aquarion) going orgasm everytime Basara sings.
hmmm... what else...
Oh yeah. I like this one:
