lol seriously some loser on the ds forums said someone is offering him a max dcc+ for 30EP and asked if i can do better? im like wth thats a steal already why haven't you bought it yet... I'm thinking hes lieing and trying to get me to sell mine cheaper.....

28 EP is a crazy steal.

They are on average 18-20 EP for a regular A rank.

I have a DCC+ max with skill level 9 but i am asking 50 EP and EP only.

IMO maxing doesn't really add that much value (maybe 3-5EP), it's skill maxing that does. I've never seen a DCC go for less that 15-18, but they average 20. I wouldn't waste my time with people running "scams" trying to get you to lower your price because DCC+ are easy to sell.

No kidding! I tried for a very long time to get a DCC for 20-25ep. Finally found one after about 2 weeks of asking. 28 for a+ and I would have snap called.
