That would make the move completely useless. All it takes is one move (rapid spin) to make a potential 3-5 turns of sets ups go down the drain.

Really, I just don't think that Stealth Rocks are op enough to need this. We've already had the TM tossed and Magic Bounce is a great new tool against it. And while quad damage seems harsh to have, Volcorona makes me reconsider.
Now, maybe if non-rock types took 25% damage setting up SR... But I still don't think we need that.
