It was nuclear? Didn't seem that way to me. Plus, I looked up the original name on Bulbapedia, and it says "hatsudensho" which I believe refers to an electrical plant. A nuclear plant would be "genpatsu".

Worst case scenario, they rename it "Electric Plant".

Kind of like how they changed "Tin" Tower to "Bell" Tower in HGSS so people wouldn't feel trolled about 9/11

The Japanese name could be translated as either Bell or Tin. They simply translated it differently this time.

If they had any other reason to change it, they wouldn't have called it the Tin Tower in DPPt.
