No, that IS the "can't obtain" list. Serebii's list assumes you have no dream world access, and my list assumes that you do. If you subtract my list from his, then you'll just be left with the DW exclusives.
There's a few things on my list that are available in both Black 2 and White 2, but it's clearly labeled to show which games they're in. --- If you actively hate Justin Bieber... then you don't know what "intended audience" means. Hate Twilight instead, it's far worse.
You're right - the Dream World does count as its own "game". But without it, Gen 5 is missing a ton of Pokemon. Lemme check that list on Serebii and see how many of the "unobtainable Pokemon" can be gotten there.
That's the list for B2/W2 only. I could make a list for B/W 1 also, but I won't. And this list also doesn't include Pokemon that are version exclusives (for instance, Elekid/Magby and Buneary/Skitty are both available in the Dream World). My main reason for including Dream World stuff in the totals is because it's not something you have to buy separately. If you have a working wifi connection, then you can access it. I realize that not everybody does, but for the sake of a list of necessary trades (which is what my list was for), it's not really something that needs to be added.
I think it's better than Serebii's list, which doesn't take it into account at all, and on the page for version exclusives, Electivire/Magmortar are listed, whereas Huntail/Gorebyss are not. Why? Even if you ignore the fact that you can get Elekid and Magby from the Dream World, their final evolutions can't possibly be considered version exclusives, because you have to trade to get them anyway. And on the other hand, Huntail can be found in the wild in Black and Black 2, but not White and White 2. (Vice-versa for Gorebyss). Is this mentioned in the list? Nope. Because you can just evolve Clamperl to get both of the forms anyway, even though that requires a trade. --- If you actively hate Justin Bieber... then you don't know what "intended audience" means.
