Genesect to be revealed on 10/7 (aka release date for BW2)?

I haven't read anything about it on any website, but I just saw an ad on gamefaqs that states that Genesect will be available on 10/7 "for a limited time." It seems it will be released through wi-fi as it says you need broadband internet access and it lasts until 11/12.

Anyone heard official word? (I'm referring to the US/UK version of Genesect as the Japanese version has already been released)

It would make sense. We were able to get Victini on the first day that B/W came out.

Wouldn't it make more sense for it to be Meloetta? They usually release the event mons in order.

Maybe they don't want us to have half our teams at the beginning to be made out of event legendaries.

Apparently Genesect was considered so much better than Meloetta it was worth screwing up the order.
