Almost all of Gen 5. There are some neat ones like Oshawott, Zebstrika, Whimsicott, and Cinccino, but most of them are awfully redundant and some are outright horribly designed. Krookodile isn't bad either, but its so obviously a ripoff of Kremlings it's sad.

I know right? And Kremlings are ripoffs of Chocodile and other upright, walking crocodiles in general.

If I had to say one...

Wobbufett. But mainly because of the anime, since it's pretty much the face of "Herp derping, Giovanni-fantasizing, sing-alonging, idiotic comic relief Team Rocket."

...Although looking hideous and being annoying both to use and fight against certainly doesn't help.
