a few i remember:

Geodude
Pinsir
Ratatta
Caterpie.

that's about it, unless you count event beasts. those are legit...first 3 is gone by now since that was 2nd gen, Caterpie is still sitting in my FR PC...

The only wild one I found was my very first Pokemon ever (other than my starter in sapphire) was a shiny lotad. I was so confused as to why all the lotads werent red.

Well, the ones I remember, not counting the event ones and Gyarados:

Koffing in Silver
Magikarp in Crystal
Ursaring in Crystal (traded)
MEWTWO IN CRYSTAL!

Tentacruel in Ruby
Loudred in Sapphire (only seen)

Glameow in Pearl

Liligant in White
Klinklang in White (traded)


My Shiny Mewtwo is completely legit; I had the luck and the Mewtwo I caught in Yellow was shiny when I traded it over to Crystal. I'm pretty sure it's by far the greatest luck I've ever had in a video game before.

Shiny Meditite in Pearl but I ended up restarting my save file.

I have a Shiny Uxie and Dialga that I got in Pearl, but they were from trades, I don't know if they're legit

Red gyrados.
2 solrock is black. (Found the first and two encounters later found the second... red is better than orange anyways)

All 649 less the ones that cannot legally be shiny (Celebi, Arceus, Victini, Zekrom, Reshiram, Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect).
