So level 100 can still earn EVs and reduced with berries?

BTW, it's a new feature introduced this gen. You can't fully EV train them in Gen 4.

Well, new-ish. You could gain the EV-equivalents at level 100 in the first two gens and force recalculation by stuffing your Pokemon in the PC. Just not in the third or fourth gens.

But according to basically every source I've heard, it can last up to four days! When it wears off, yes, it will be midnight, but it won't necessarily be every midnight.

I think that the 'rus has a limit of 1-4 midnights.

As the previous poster states, you may be wasting your time; each strain of Pokerus lasts a set amount of time. If yours happens to be the one-day strain, it'll wear off anyway.
