Tyranitar
Magnezone
Ho-Ho
Latios
Mewtwo
Krookodile
Arceus for the others.

I was looking at those and was confused about it.

If all the pokemon are both types, you get both medals.

If I do it with Palkia (which I have), I get Water/Dragon.

Likewise, if I did it with Scizor and Genesect together, I'd get Steel/Bug.

For the record, I only have Water/Dragon. But I blame that on me trying to complete the national dex first, which I haven't finished yet.

Are you doing this for type medals or one and only?

If just for the type medals, the easy solution is to have a few Scraggy in your party and just use a revive.

Well both really. I am only using one. It is just annoying that the sawk has sturdy.

What does anyone else suggest for the one and only medal? i am stuck.

For the One and Only medal, I used Victini with the following moves:

Thunderbolt
Heat Wave
Psychic
Shadow Ball

I also used different hold items depending upon what move would be more effective against the E4 member (i.e. Spell Tag for the Psychic and Ghost ones, forgot their names).

Iris was a bit tough though. A steady supply of Max Potion or Full Restore is essential, as Surf and Earthquake are a major problem.

There are alternates that work quite well, Lucario being one of them.

Just the Poison one so far. Earned that one when I solo'd the Elite 4 with my Weezing. Wasn't easy, but it was pretty satisfying.

Did you not have problems with Caitlin?

For me the most difficult of the E4 in gen V has always been Marshal. I try to arrange that i can defeat him first it is just that Sawk with sturdy ability that throws everything in the one and only challenge.
