To be fair, when I find roaming legendaries, I tend to make their catch rates irrelevant. Go Master Ball!

Really? I hoard my Master Balls- I've only used one, and that was on Heatran in Diamond when I was soft-resetting for a Modest one with flawless Speed and 20+ IVs everywhere else. It was such a pain, I'm so glad I learned about RNG abuse eventually...

In any case, roaming legendaries are handled by my level 100 Smeargle. I temporarily have her Sketch Mean Look to compliment a moveset of Spore, False Swipe, and Substitute just for the running ones. Makes catching them so much more bearable.

Southern Island Latios has Luster Purge/Psychic/Dragon Dance/Recover at level 50, and is holding Soul Dew. Recover has 20 PP.

R/S/E Rayquaza has Rest/ExtremeSpeed/Outrage/Fly and is at level 70.

R/S/E Regice has 35 PP total, with Curse/Icy Wind/Superpower/AncientPower but is only level 40.

Always catch em easily. Latios/latias always takes about 30 ultraballs.
