I don't care how useful/less it is, it would just make sense for him to have it. --- It's better than logic, it's Nintendo Logic! "....I completely, utterly, most profusely DESPISE Lucas... Lucas will NEVER be cool." - silversunsspu

All other Gen V Ice-types can learn Sheer Cold. So it was probably deliberate on Game Freak's part not to give Sheer Cold to Kyurem, even though it fits the theme perfectly. --- Arbitoid Sixth Generation Android Unit Series

Sheer Cold is horrible. If you want to depend on 30% accuracy, be my guest.
Sheer Cold is not horrible... >__> Well, it's not great or anything but it's not horrible. Defensive mons do appreciate the "power" from OHKO moves. --- "You got to be careful if you don't know where you're going, because you might not get there." - Yogi Berra

Kyurem missed the mark on a lot of things:
-It's the only Gen.V Ice-type that doesn't get Sheer Cold, despite producing "ultracold air". -It gets Pressure instead of Snow Warning, despite covering an entire meadow with snow in BW. -Glaciate is just a slightly stronger Icy Wind. It would have been much better as a base 80 attack with a slightly higher chance of causing Freeze than other Ice-type moves (maybe around %30?). --- http://backloggery.com/SolarCrimson - My Backloggery The official Okuninushi of the Shin Megami Tensei IV board.
