I think Eevee would be kinda cool. Just hear me out.

In SSBB the Pokemon Trainer could swap between Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard. They could allow Eevee to evolve into one of it's Eeveelutions during the fight.

Obviously this isn't Digimon so it wouldn't make sense to allow Eevee to freely evolve/devolve. Maybe just make it possible to choose your Eeveelution before the fight begins or just evolve once.

What do you guys think?

I think Eevee should evolve depending on the zone they are fighting in.

Area with Magma = Flareon after being out for 30 secs.

Area with water = Vaporeon

etc.

This is something I could get behind lol. It would make playing Eevee that much more strategic. Too bad they probably would never do this :(.
