Need some advice

Hi. I'm building my team for the game, haven't really thought about playing competitive yet, but I cannot decide between two pokemon.
Here's my team so far.

Milotic
Gardevoir
Zoroark
Arcanine
Garchomp


And the last spot I can't decide between Braviary or Ampharos. Help?

Or would a bug type be more suitable?

Hmm... I've never raised a Braviary personally, but my friend has and it's one of the strongest members of his team. Ampharos I have raised, three times, and in all three cases I eventually dumped him in favour of something else - his single type and somewhat limited movepool (at least in Gen IV when this last came up) means he's only useful in very specific circumstances. And since Gardevoir can learn Thunderbolt (already noted above), I'd say raise the Braviary.

Only downside I can see is, unless you're trading, Rufflet isn't available until very late in the game.

Actually Braviary shows up as a lvl 20ish in the Sand Resort early in the game.
At least that's how I got him.

In White 2, yes, you can get a 25 Braviary. It can tear stuff up, so probably that over Ampharos. Although I would probably suggest keeping Ampharos for in game purposes.

If you didn't had Gardevoir, i would've said Manectric.

Go with Braviary.

They are both good, but I think you are better off with Braviary on your team.

As for Bug-types, I would suggest checking out Heracross and Leavanny.
