Assuming I did my math right, a freshly-caught N's Sandile should be:

Level 22, Docile nature
HP: 60
Attack: 43
Defense: 24
SpAttack: 24
SpDefense: 24
Speed: 40

Someone might want to double-check me there.

The 24's should be 27's, but otherwise you're correct.

n's pokemon's stats may differ depending on the memory link feature. if he ever knocked out one of the b1/w1 protag's pokemon with one of his, that pokemon will have the corresponding EVs in their stat

You're right. 27. Wonder what I mis-entered into my calculator before... I know I didn't calculate all three separately.

I really, really doubt that. Besides, the Pokemon would have to have defeated at least two player Pokemon to have its stat openly change - EVs only work in fours, and no Pokemon gives more than 3.

that's why i wrote "may." its stats also wont change if it didn't knock out one of your pokemon

Yeah, okay, do you have any actual evidence for this?

Ok, I'm not good at breeding, and I hardly understand it, but I've heard that if you breed two parents, they're IV's will pass down to the egg. If this is true, would I be able to get eggs of which their IV's will be at 30?

You get 3 IV's from the parents. One from dad, one from mom, and one random one from either. The final 3 IV's are 100% completely random however.
