Do N's pokemon have set IVs?

You get 3 IV's from the parents. One from dad, one from mom, and one random one from either. The final 3 IV's are 100% completely random however.


What about power items?!?!?!?!

Then you can choose which one you get from one parent per item. 3 are still going to be completely random.

From what I've seen through breeding, all three parental IVs can potentially come from a single parent.
