My Grimer's attack is stupid (it is barely worse than Zoroark and Lucario's, and it isn't evolved yet), but every poison move but Poison Jab is a special, and his Special Attack blows. What moves should I teach him in the meantime?
I can't get Poison Jab until I hit route 8, so I just have a little while.
Since the elemental punches are from move tutors, and require a ton of red shards, and brick break can only be picked up from the PWT, those may be out of the question haha. Anything else? --- PSN: bigt5478

Guy in the Nimbasa Pokemon center will give you 10 red shards. --- http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/4489/actuallyworks.gif

So you're looking for moves that aren't from tutors, egg, or any TM's that are bought or past wherever you are? That's a pretty limited selection. --- Posted from my Xbox360 with 360FAQS v1.1

If you're lacking in Shards, just do that funfest mission that has you looking for ores, I suggest doing it in Relic Passage, that's usually where I get about 20 shards per mission attempt. :3

Return / Frustration Dig Thief Screech
That should get you through until it evolves and you get Poison Jab (and eventually Gunk Shot)... --- Skyrim is the girl who keeps breaking my heart, yet is so hot I still keep coming back on the chance I may get to sleep with her again. - Spurner
