Pokemon Black Version 2

I don't mean invent a new one, but rather build one with the worst move/ability combination you can think of. You can list as many as you want, and you must include items and nature. It's best if you use Pokemon/items etc that are normally pretty good, but in a combination that just makes zero sense.
