It should also at certain intervals reduce pikachu's stats to that of a level 1's.

It should change Pikachu's sprite so you see it carrying the actual ball.

And it plays with it and bounces it off its head like a beach ball.

All joking aside it really should double speed. Basically make pikachu a slightly weaker Deoxys-A.

why only attack, special attack and speed? why not include defense and special defense?
