Yeah.

And he did have ExtremeSpeed on Arceus, but was hoping for my Kyurem-W's second Draco Meteor to miss so he could boost to +4 and take out my Ho-Oh in one hit, as that, which has a 10% chance of happening, was his best chance to win, as opposed to hoping for a critical hit on Ho-Oh, which would have a 6.25% chance of happening.
