It needs to be weak against Poison Type moves. Its seriously a joke that after all this time, Poison is only strong against Grass

Agreed completely. Though if they won't do that, what I'd really like is for GameFreak to make Normal, Fighting, Water, and Bug weak to Poison. And Dragon, but that one's more of a personal preference rather than having any kind of factual basis behind it.

I also agree that Water should have a weakness to poison. They go hand in hand, I mean, Grimer and Muk pollute the water.

Ancient type.

Weak against Poison because of outdated immune systems.

Why do people keep saying that water should be weak to poison? I really don't understand why everyone says this (not from a balance perspective. I mean, you can look at it from the reverse. Poison should be weak to water because poison gets diluted when you add water to it.

Well, at least one major water source in Gen 1 was ruined by Grimer and Muk

They could always be weak to each other, you know.

Water has no right to complain about diluting Poison when it's SE against Rock and Grass is based on an ineffective process that takes years.

No, I'm not saying anything about the logic behind Super Effectiveness. I'm just questioning why on earth everybody seems to want to make Poison super effective against Water. >.>

Because Water is overpowered, Poison is underpowered, and the latter becoming SE against the former would be a huge buff that can be given a logical explanation.
