If not for that, I'd say maybe 3. I never got one in gen 2, and gen 5 still fails to give me a random shiny that I can actually catch. That Patrat... *shudder*

WolfJouninPosted 12/6/2012 10:55:14 PM | Nobody believes me when I say the ONLY shiny I had ever encountered from playing since the beginning until now was a Shiny Bidoof in Diamond, because I say I killed it intentionally out of anger. Kind of sad lol... I did trade for a few shinies, but I never found another than that Bidoof.

I got a shiny Oddish in Silver and caught it because I liked the shiny effect.
Then when I saw shiny Gyarados, I thought:
"Huh, these must be pretty common."
Boy was I wrong.
