Skarmory. Due to it is a Steel/Flying pokemon. I figure the actual blast from a shotgun point blank range will take out the pokemon, then use a diamond scalpel to cut through the chest and reach to it's organs.

I honestly don't mind dissecting a humanoid pokemon. Its dead after all, and dissection is an excellent way to learn about a body. Besides, if the body doesn't get dissected by someone, its death won't benefit anyone (unless people eat Machamp stew in the pokemon world).
