We all know Gallade as a regular here guys, it's most likely he's just trolling or making fun of the nostalgiafanboys who take Pokemon designs too seriously. You'd see this was a toke jopic if:
1. You saw he has a Gen 4 Pokemon as his username
2. Saying he's an artist. This is something most nostalgiafanboys say, inorder to try and make their opinions on new Gen Pokemon any more valid. It's almost as bad as a creationist dressing up in a lab coat, says he majored in chemistry, and then says the dinosaurs lived with man.

I can't pick a gen over 1. No gen after that has Zapdos, Electabuzz, and Squirtle.

I don't know where from, but this is from a gen IV board because:
1.The complaining stops at gen IV.
2.Dugtrio is OU now.
But as far as dragons (including dragonite) and sinnoh legendaries go I agree. Dragons pretty much suck at looking like dragons and the sinnoh trio are just machines and markings. --- This one knows what he's doing...
