I have been trying to do this stupid entralink mission thing where I have to find an Emolga. I have been trying to find one for the last 90 minutes.

Stupid shaky grass won't even come up and when it does, it's a bloody audino.

Where the hell are these things?? I have literally never encountered one outside of trainer battles.

I did find a Heracross out of searching for one, so that's something, I guess.

Use a pokemon with the Static ability in the 1st slot of your party. It increases the chance of electric pokemon appearing.

Emolga's have the highest chance of being found in shaking grass on route 6.

To increase the chance of finding Shaking grass use the "Search power" pass power that is available from the entree from the beginning.

Many hours later, still havent't found a single Emolga. Tried that thing that supposedly increases the rate that rustling grass appears, and it seems to have the opposite effect, as while it was activated, not a single patch of rustling grass appeared.

Did you have a Pokemon with static in front of your party like the other poster suggested?
