Day 34 and today's ability is Forecast. Lot's of signature abilities lately. This ability only belongs to Castform, which also happens to be its only ability. It certainly makes Castform unique.

Forecast: "During weather conditions, Forecast will change the type of the Pokémon with this Ability.
The type of a Pokémon with this Ability will change as follows:

It will become Fire-type if it is sunny.
It will become Ice-type if it is hailing.
It will become Water-type if it is raining.
It will return to being Normal-type if there is a sandstorm, it is foggy, Shadow Sky is in effect, the weather returns to normal, or a Pokémon with Cloud Nine or Air Lock comes onto the field.

This Ability is made specifically for Castform, so if other Pokémon obtains this Ability, it will have no effect. Conversely, if Castform loses Forecast, it will be stuck in whatever form it was in at the time until it regains the ability.

If a Pokémon with this ability has its type changed through other means, such as Soak or Conversion, its type will be reverted to match that of the current weather condition at the end of the turn."

5/10. Gimmicky ability. The obvious downside is that having this ability means you can't have something like Swift Swim or Chlorophyll so the main upside of the weather is gone. Perhaps the best use of it would be on a pokemon with Rain Dance/Thunder/Hurricane/Weather Ball but even then it's very gimmicky.

Pros:
It gives a change in typing and protection from certain weathers (as in only weather, hail).

Cons:
Gimmicky
Doesn't even protect you from sandstorm
horrible distribution. Only one Pokemon gets it.
