I do believe that the stretch between the Jet Badge and the Legend Badge in these games is the longest stretch between badges of any main series Pokemon game so far.

I don't know, the distance between Canalave and Snowpoint was pretty big.

If we are doing is by badges... then if you didn't take cycling road I'm rather sure that Saffron City, to Fuchsia City is longer.

5 routes to go through, 1 city, 3 buildings, and one of the routes is like a maze (Also the trainers are hard to avoid, unlike the other two
