Since the dream world is the best place to even get Ice pokemon whats a good dragon pokmeon to fight back against Dreydon's pokemon?

Something with Ice Punch. Lucario can work and so can Electabuzz. You can try fighting back with a Dragon of your own but that might not work out well for you.

Catch a lapras at Village Bridge and train in with the breeder on route 11

Lucario learns dual chop as well, but I had my tank of a Stoutland with ice fang as well which was a great help!

Well I can't catch a Lucario because I havent beaten the game yet. Its my first time playing the game and trying to figure out whats a good Ice or Dragon pokemon to use to beat Dreyden.

I managed to find that weird red faced blue dragon on the Dream World just 10 minutes ago so I might use that.

Plus dont you get like a fishing rod after you beat the game?

I used a druddigon i found in the dreamworld. I gave it the quick claw. It beat all of Dreyden's pokemon in 1 hit with dragon claw. Only got hit once by Earthquake
