Question about Pokemon moves and action replays

Is it possible to hack Pokemon moves with the action replay? Like, using the action replay, can you make a Pokemon learn a move that it doesn't normally learn? PM me if you know about this and have an action replay please, thanks.

So far... no it is not. The only move modifier codes I've found are a copy/paste from Black and White 1, and unfortunately they do not work at all.

If you want to get custom moves on a poke, the easiest way to do it would be to use Pokegen to make the poke's code from scratch, then generate it and use it from there.

Just remember if you hack your pokemon are artificial fighting machines with no real life connections to you main character just a mere tool,
