Awesome. Is it remotely usable? Most shinies seem not to be.

Other than Red Gyarados in Gen 2, my only shinies were in HG, a ratatta and a sandshrew.

Nah, it's box fodder. Well, in it's defense, Woobat is box fodder anyway. IIRC, all shinies have bad IV's. Something in the nature of how shinies are determined. ... Which makes me wonder if I can use this shiny to breed more shinies...
