Kyurem W (Fusion Flare, Ice Burn, Hone Claws, Outrage) +Persim Berry
Krookodile (Crunch, Earthquake, Bulk Up, Aerial Ace) Moxie+Muscle Band
Volcarona (Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Fiery Dance, Giga Drain) Flame Body+Leftovers
Magnezone (Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt, Tri Attack, Double Team) Analytic+Letovers
Toxicroak (Poison Jab, Bulk Up, Drain Punch, Earthquake) Poison Touch+Muscle Band
Kingdra (Dragon Pulse, Scald, Ice Beam, Flail) Sniper+Razor Claw

Optional post game boss, all pokemon Level 100 and fully EV trained.

Unlike other evil team leaders like Giovanni, Cyrus & Ghesis i would have a little trick up my sleeve the player would never expect, lots and lots of Full Restores & Max Revives :P

On topic, my Poison Gym Leader team fits.

Drapion(Toxic Spiker and Psychic type counter. Armed with signature Cross Poison, Crunch and Ice Fang)
Crobat (Fast attacker with Cross Poison, Bite and Confuse Ray)
Tentacruel (Ground counter with Surf, backup Toxic Spiker, Toxic and Poison Jabs)
Weezing (Tough defense + Explosion. Also uses Shadow Ball, Assurance and Toxic)
Gengar (Fast Special Attack with Venoshock and Shadow Balls. Hypno/Dream Eater combo for supplemet)
Nidoking(Powerful attacker with EQ, TBolt and Break Brick. Poison Jab for STAB)
