Is there an accurate pokedex that tells when/how certain pokemon evolve? Or what level they learn certain moves? I can't seem to find one.

Like the entry for Growlithe. Got all his moves 10 levels earlier than the Serebii Pokedex said.

That's because there's Black/White level up moves, and if you scroll down, there's Black 2/White 2 level up moves.

Veekun.com is the best pokedex online. It is often overlooked because it doesn't have all the other information the big sites have, but in my experience it is by far the best pokedex. Very aesthetically pleasing compared to the others.
