No one has bad luck. If you use it enough times it will hit ~90% of the time for you, just like anyone else.

By that same logic no one is alive because, if you wait around long enough youl die like everyone else. Just because luck is removed when put to statistical extremes doesnt mean it isnt a factor for the periods during which it has an effect. If we only use the move once each and you hit and i didnt, then you had good luck and i had bad luck in that instance. That doesnt change if we both land the hit next time, it was still bad luck the first time.

Then use a move with less power and more accuracy if you don't like it. You always risk missing when you use high power/ low accuracy moves.

Or put a wide lens on it next time.

Thats why I said use it enough times. Your analogy makes no sense.
