Looks fine to me. The only possible problem is any pokemon that runs away will escape that Absol, but since there's no running pokemon in B2W2... you should be gold.

Personally I like using a Smeargle, you can tailor it to your needs. Mean Look, False Swipe, Thunder Wave/Hypnosis, and a 4th slot you can use for Recover or some other healing ability, or Night Shade if you're trying to capture something immune to False Swipe, etc etc etc.

It has problems with Ghosts, but there's only one Ghost legendary. Everything else is fairly easy to catch.
