it should be a use item evolve tho and be unable to change its moves once evolved, and 90's prolly to good, maby just a 20-25 boost across the board. it could be named Grafitilly or Impressino or something like that

I think it should stay a beagle, just look more fierce and maybe have features of hunting dogs like borzois. No offense to pitbulls, bug they're only cute when begging or something like that.
