Hatched a shiny Buneary in pokemon black after like, 3 weeks of consistent egg hatching. ugh. Took a break from touching anything pokemon for about 4 months, haha. Then got White 2 and randomly encountered a shiny lunatone when I realized I had missed a drop item in the grass and went back for it.

In Emerald I had no idea there were such things as shinies so it came to a huge surprise when I ran into a blue psyduck in the safari zone. Caught it, showed it to my sister and told her I'd get her a pink one! (well, we all know how that turned out...) Later I caught a shiny claydol.
