Pokemon Black Version 2

Hi guys. I've played Pokemon for a while and never really got into it competitively, not knowing anyone who did and with the lack of online and such. I've decided to get into it and I think I have my grips on the basics. I've tried messing around with the battle simulator and I've come up with a team. I'd like some criticism and possible changes I could make. I do generally want to choose pokemon I like but I'd still like to hear feedback.

As you can tell, I don't really know what I'm doing. The type matchups aren't too bad. There's some synergy here, but I can't put a team together. I want to keep Wobbuffet, but I don't really know how gets a lot by having him on the team. I also don't know where to fit in Hazers, Spikers and such. Any suggestions?
