Well, if your using this for Battle Subway or PWT. I would suggest...

Charizard@Life orb
Timid/ 252 speed/ 252 special attack
Flamethrower/Fire Blast (Depends if you prefer accuracy over power or vise versa
Air Slash
Dragon Pulse
Focus Blast

Flamethrower/Fire Blast and Air Slash for STAB, and Dragon Pulse and Focus Blast for coverage.
