What's the worst/outclassed Uber on Smogon?

Looking at the list (I don't play Ubers though), my guess would be Blaziken. Even on random wifi, SB Blaze isn't that bad imo

Excadrill is very vulnerable against ubers outside of sandstorm. But if sandstorm is up, good luck.

The thing was easily handled in ou but because a bunch of people were lazy and used it along with Heatran and Dugtrio it was moved to ubers for overcentralising the metagame.

Normal Deoxys is the worst uber by far. It's outclassed in every way possible.

But he's still a very good Pokemon regardless.
