Inner Focus: "prevents flinching. However, it doesn't prevent loss of movement when the user is attacked whilst using Focus Punch as the user doesn't actually flinch, but rather the move fails.

When its effect activates, the quote "<Pokémon> won't flinch because of its Inner Focus!" will appear."

This one really shows the divide between people who play Singles and people who play other modes.

Doubles or Triples: 8/10

Any time you see Meinshao, Sableye, Hitmontop you should start with your Inner Focus guy and ruin their setup.
