Females don't pass Egg Moves.

The only time a female needs to know a move in order for it to pass down to the offspring is in the case of level-up moves, in which case both parents need to know the move. TM moves, egg moves, and Crystal's move tutor moves only require the male to know the move; later-generation move tutor moves cannot be passed down by any means on that merit (ignoring the precedent Crystal was supposed to set), and require appearing in the level-up or egg move pools in order to have any chance of passing on.

Only Males can pass down moves
Males pass down nature, and moves. Females pass have a 60% chance to pass down its ability
